What makes Merz b. Schwanen garments unique?
Our garments are crafted using original circular knitting machines, known as loopwheelers, dating from the 1920s to the 1960s. This slow process creates a high-quality fabric with no side seams and exceptional durability.
How do I find the correct size?
Our products are made of 100% organic cotton and may shrink slightly after the first wash. We recommend checking the specific size guide on each product page and, if in doubt, choosing one size up for a more comfortable fit.
Which countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. You will see the final shipping calculation at the checkout stage.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached. Note that return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my loopwheeled items?
To maintain the longevity of your garment, we recommend washing at 30°C (86°F), avoiding the tumble dryer, and pulling the garment into shape while damp.
